In the previous years we started the bead work program for the low income earners particularly women. In our society women are not empowered to achieve their dreams but instead remains at home as house wives and baby seaters. This project elevates the feminine voice and encourages gender equality in the society as women can earn as much as men. This was in collaboration with friends in the United States who were marketing the beads abroad. However, we experienced marketing challenges so it eventually stopped.
